Templates are dynamic and can contain certain parameters that are than automatically filled in when the template is used. For example the name of the end-user. The dynamic part of the text in a template is a message in ICU format.
Templates are bundled in a messaging set and can be edited in control center.

An email template can also contain an attachment. For example a .csv invitation that can be imported into an online calendar. Email attachment can only be configured by TMF support directly in the database.
Conversation templates
For every reservation there is a "messages" section in the app containing information about this reservation. The content of these messages is configured in a conversation template.
