The helpdesk information is accessible directly from the main menu of the app. To change the content of the helpdesk menu, modify a specific person called "helpdesk" in the control center.

General information

The general information is freely editable in HTML in the "public description" tap. The contact information of the helpdesk can change according to the selcted group.

Colored area for call and mail button

To configure the colored area at the lower end of the helpdesk page, modify the "contact" tab of the helpdesk person. Click on mail opens a new mail window, click on the phone number opens a call on the phone.

The button includes phone number, email, and address information.
