Annual certificate renewal

When building the app for iOS one might run into a certificate and/or provisioning profile error. At the time of writing this annual renewel needs to happen in February.

To perform the certificate renewal:

1. go to Apple Developer Account
2. go to "Certificates, identifiers & profiles"
3. choose "Profiles"
4. locate the ad-hoc profile named XC iOS: *
5. if you are reading this it's most likely expired. If not the cause of your issue might be something else
6. choose the profile and click "edit"
7. choose to create a new certificate. Create a new iOS Distribution certificate. You can find the certificate request file (.cer) on Desktop of the mac mini in a directory called "annual-cert-renewal"
8. go back to the XC iOS:* profile and choose edit again
9. select the newly created certificate
10. download the provisioning profile XC iOS: * again
